Welcome to Aqua4mums at the warm and wonderful Junction 6!

6 Classes – on Wednesday- Jan 11th, 18th, 15th, Feb 1st, 8th, 15th

Time: 7:00-7:40pm

We continue with our small class numbers and cleaning and sanitising regime that saw us safely through COVID.

Each class is different but all cover fitness training, arm, leg and trunk toning, mobility for upper, middle and lower back and ribs as well as balance, pelvic floor work and labour preparation with a dash of fun and an occasional game!

J6 is a warm (32-34⁰C) hydrotherapy pool, where all your aches and pains just float away.  The only major problem is that you never want to get out!!  Bring your pyjamas and jump straight into bed when you get home for the best nights sleep all week!

Lockers & Facilities
There is a oneway system in place, you arrive dressed ready to swim, you pop your outer layers into your bag which you bring onto the pool deck with you.  After your class there is a dressing room with showers etc where the mamchats continue!!

Parking
There is tons of free parking at J6, and the venue is very close to the M50 whether you are coming from North or South.
