J6 is a warm (32-34⁰C) hydrotherapy pool, where all your aches and pains just float away.  The only major problem is that you never want to get out!!  Bring your pyjamas and jump straight into bed when you get home for the best nights sleep all week!

Lockers & Facilities
There is a oneway system in place, you arrive dressed ready to swim, you pop your outer layers into your bag which you bring onto the pool deck with you.  After your class you will be directed to a shower/dressing area where you can have the chats while getting changed.

Parking
There is tons of free parking at J6, and the venue is very close to the M50 whether you are coming from North or South. Follow the Blue H signs for Connolly Hospital is my top tip for finding your way from the M50.
