Welcome to your lovely warm, energising Aquanatal class at Junction 6!

Wednesday Feb 15th -March 15th is your 5 week block.

Time: 8:05-8:40pm

All Swim Ireland social distancing and number restrictions are now removed but we will continue with our small class numbers and cleaning and sanitising regime that saw us safely through along with Dept Health guidelines.

J6 is a warm (32-34⁰C) hydrotherapy pool, where all your aches and pains just float away.  The only major problem is that you never want to get out!!

Lockers & Facilities
There is a oneway system in place, you arrive dressed ready to swim, you pop your outer layers into your bag which you bring onto the pool deck with you.  After your class you will be directed to a dressing area where you can remain socially distanced.  I’m afraid no showering or hair drying is allowed within guidelines

Parking
There is tons of free parking at J6, and the venue is very close to the M50 whether you are coming from North or South.

Insomnia will be closed at the time of your class, but Bujo Burger and Pita Pit very much open for collections/drive through if you want a little treat post swim!
