Welcome to Postnatal Aqua4mums at the warm and wonderful Junction 6!

6 Week Block

Time: 8:20-9:00pm

We continue to keep small class sizes and high cleaning standards at our venue.

If this is your first time to come to postnatal class, please fill out the registration form. You must have cleared your 6 week check up prior to attending and a little longer if you had a C Section.

J6 is a warm (32-34⁰C) hydrotherapy pool, where all your aches and pains just float away.

The only major problem is that you never want to get out!!

Bring your pyjamas and jump straight into bed when you get home for the best nights sleep all week!

Lockers & Facilities
There is a oneway system in place, you arrive dressed ready to swim, you pop your outer layers into your bag which you bring onto the pool deck with you.  After your class you will be directed to a shower/dressing area where you can have the chats while getting changes

Parking
There is tons of free parking at J6, and the venue is very close to the M50 whether you are coming from North or South.  Following signs to Connolly Hospital (Blue H signs) the simplest tip to find your way off the M50.
