Aqua4mums classes run in six week blocks, with specific start and end dates. Women generally attend throughout their pregnancy (water addiction!) and buy consecutive 6 week blocks.

The National Aquatic Centre, Blanchardstown is our popular Wednesday evening venue.

The NAC is Ireland’s premier pool, we use the warm and fun Aquazone for our private class.

Aqua4mums (as EurekaHydrotherapy at the time) started teaching classes here when it opened for the Special Olympics in 2003!

Parking
Just off the M50 it is very easy to travel to from north and south, and loads of free parking.

Lockers & Facilities
We use the changing village where there are individual changing cubicles, lockers that you need €1 coin to lock, but which you get back afterwards, showers, and paid hairdryer options.
