Welcome to Aqua4mums at the warm and wonderful Junction 6 for some postnatal fun!

6 Classes – Sept 14, 21, 28, Oct 5, 12, 19

All Swim Ireland social distancing and a number of restrictions are now removed but we will continue with our small class numbers and cleaning and sanitising regime that saw us safely through along with Dept Health guidelines.

Please fill out this postnatal registration form to let me know about your birth and any difficulties we need to work around.

J6 is a warm (32-34⁰C) hydrotherapy pool, where all your aches and pains just float away.  The only major problem is that you never want to get out!!  Bring your pyjamas and jump straight into bed when you get home for the best nights sleep all week!

Lockers & Facilities
There is a oneway system in place, you arrive dressed ready to swim, you pop your outer layers into your bag which you bring onto the pool deck with you.  After your class you will be directed to a dressing room area where you have access to showers, mirrors etc.

Parking
There is tons of free parking at J6, and the venue is very close to the M50 whether you are coming from North or South. Top tip is to follow the big Blue H signs for Connolly Hospital when exiting the M50, The pool is on the same part of the road.

Insomnia will be closed at the time of your class, but Bujo Burger and Pita Pit very much open for collections/drive through if you want a little treat post swim!
