The thing to remember is that you can build up your magic 150 minute ‘meal’ in 10 minute ‘snacks’. So go for that 10 minutes around the block at lunch time, rather than catching up on social media on your phone. You’ll feel happier and more productive for the afternoon. Equally the Italian tradition of la passeggiata a leisurely walk sometime between the hours of 5pm and 8pm just for saluting, meeting and discussing the day with your partner or neighbours is a heartfilling and healthifying tradition to start.
