The list is not long.
Bring bump and a smile and that’s the basics covered!
For your bag you’ll need snack, drink, swimsuit, hat, towel and flipflops.
Shampoo, creams, lotions and potions are all up to you!
Don’t worry about not being able to keep up. Everyone works at their own pace in the class so you start where you start from.
You’ll gradually feel your strength and mobility improve as the weeks go on, particularly around your neck and shoulders. Strength here is just so important when you are caring for a new baby.
You will be amazed at just how good it feels in the water.
Getting a little addicted to your pool sessions is totally normal.
I’ll include a snippet from one of my Mum to be emails during COVID-19
“The classes have been the highlight of my week for the period of time that I have been attending. I know the physical benefit is great but to be honest it was the psychological benefit that was most obvious for me. I always looked forward to the class, I felt like a child each week wishing Tuesday would come sooner! I just really loved bouncing around in the pool with all the other bumps, no pressure to push myself, just to do what felt okay and enjoy the escape from a busy life”.
